Gosh, I have been obsessed with the senior photos we’ve captured this summer. With a few more senior sessions to go this fall, I am already thinking about next year and all that I want to do to create an amazing senior experience for my class of ’25 clients!
For all my sessions—but especially senior sessions in this case—I aim for every single senior to walk away saying, “Wow, that was SOOOO much fun!” Not everyone shows up for their session feeling super comfortable in front of the camera, which is why I do my best to ensure that my senior clients have an awesome experience! If you’re having a good time, then we’re capturing amazing photos!
That you have fun during your senior session is so important to me.
Why?
First, senior photos are a celebration of YOU! They are one of the important ways that many seniors and their families celebrate and document this major milestone in their lives. And what good is a celebration if it’s not fun!
Also, the best senior photos are of clients who are actually enjoying themselves. By now you’ve learned how to “smile” for the camera (one day you’ll appreciate that your parents took all those photos of you), but that’s not really the “smile” that we’re going for here. If you’re having fun during your senior session, then you’ll feel more relaxed, act and smile more naturally, and be more uniquely YOU! And that’s exactly what we want to capture.
Below, I’m sharing some favorites from Ella’s senior photos. Y’all, Ella knocked her senior session out of the park! Seriously, how incredibly gorgeous is she?!! One of the reasons that her senior photos are so great is that we had such a great time together.
Do you know what happens when I post these stunning photos? I get an influx of inquiries and requests for senior sessions…and I wish I could accommodate every single one of them, but my calendar is already full for 2023. If you are graduating in 2024 and haven’t scheduled senior photos yet, reach out so we can look at April/May 2024 for a spring senior session!
