The Family Experience
Every family has a unique story to tell and your family is no different! Our goal is to offer moving family photos that are visually stunning and timeless, bringing a smile to your face each time you see them displayed in your home.
My aim isn't to capture the "perfect picture" but to capture perfectly the love and connection of your family so that it can be savored and remembered for years to come. In this 1 hour session—typically in the early evening golden-hour light— I often choose to "unpose" our families or pose them in natural and interactive ways so that real emotion shines through. I will work with you on all the details from outfits to location to ensure that you have both a memorable experience together and family photos to treasure for generations.

Step 1: Let's Chat
Let me know you're interested! Within 24 hours, I'll reach out for a quick, low-key chat to make sure all your questions are answered. If we're a good fit, I'll send over a booking proposal. Can't wait to hear from you!
Step 2: Book it
Ready to book? Just review the booking proposal, sign the contract, & submit the booking fee to reserve your spot on my calendar. My schedule can fill up months in advance so don't wait!
Step 3: Planning
Together, we’ll plan out the location and logistics. I'll send a client questionnaire to get to know you better. Need help with outfits? Use my styling guide or client closet. Thinking about wall art? Use my product guide to decide.
Step 4: Your Session
At your session, I do the heavy lifting. Your job? Have fun and do what you do best: love on your family! With prompts & poses, I'll direct you into authentic moments of love and connection. Together, we'll make beautiful family photos!
Step 5: Reveal
A week later, we'll meet up to view your photos, select your favorites, and choose a collection & heirloom photo products. Download your digital images another week later! Albums, wall art, & canvases are delivered in 4-6 weeks.

A: I want the best possible weather for you! I'll be watching the forecast, and we'll connect the day before or the morning of the session if weather looks like it might be a problem. We can always reschedule to ensure you get the session you deserve!
Q: What should we wear?
A: Don't stress. I will work with you to ensure that you are completely confident in your wardrobe choices. I also provide styling guides, resources, and tips to help you out. You are welcome to explore my client closet too!
Q: Can I choose our location?
A: Together, we'll choose the best location for the season, desired style, and weather. I have numerous options that we can choose from.
Q: My kid won't cooperate. HELp!
A: A fun, relaxing, and memorable experience is required for great photos. So, we won't force your kid into it. I have a "bag of tricks" that always gets kids laughing and smiling for those wonderful natural moments of connection.
Q: Isn't sunset too late for kids?
A: Lighting is a top priority and is essential for great photos. That's why I shoot at "golden hour" when the sun is at its lowest point. This light is perfect for producing photos with a soft glow and warm skin tones.
Typically, when kids are outside and having fun, they do great!
Q: Can we change our outfits?
A: Sure! As long as it fits within the alloted time for the session, I welcome outfit changes.
