Aiden’s 1st Birthday Cake Smash

Sweet Aiden’s first birthday was in April when our studio was shutdown due to Covid-19, but once we reopened in May and made sure to take all the safety precautions, we had the cutest little cake smash for him!

Aiden was completely enamored by the lights, my mask, and and all things new from having spent the last 8 weeks quarantined at home! He was taking it all in and loved his cake but was just as interested in what was going on around him and my flashes and crazy voices 🙂

We always start with milestone and family photos first before the big frosting mess ensues and then move into the cake smash after. He loved the cake and made a royal mess of it! What a cutie!

A Simple Gray and Cream Balloon Themed Smash

Aiden’s simple and minimalist cake smash design revolved around grays and creams with a gray ombre cake from Something Blue Bakery. His adorable outfit was from Amazon for $14.99 and balloons from Party City.

The backdrop was Savage Seamless Background Paper – #57 Gray Tint from Amazon.
