You're not just booking a photo session
A lot of photographers hand you a USB drive and call it done. That's not how this works.
From the moment you reach out, I'm in your corner — helping you figure out what to wear, where to go, how to wrangle your crew, and ultimately, how to get your favorite images off a hard drive and into your home where they actually belong.
That's what full-service means. Not a buzzword. Just the way I've always done it.

The Process
Here's how it works
We Talk First
Send me a note, and I'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a quick call. This is a real conversation — no scripts, no pressure. I want to hear about your family, what you're hoping to capture, and whether we're a good fit. You'll also get a chance to ask every question you've been holding onto.
During our call, I'll send over an investment guide so you can review everything at your own pace (and share it with your partner before you commit to anything).
You Book your Date
When you're ready, I'll send a booking proposal. Review it, sign the contract, and pay your session fee — and your date is officially yours. Session fees vary by session type and are confirmed during our call.
A heads up: my calendar fills up fast, especially in fall. If you're thinking about it, it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later.
We plan everything together
This is one of my favorite parts. Before your session, you'll get a welcome guide packed with everything you need to know — what to bring, how to prep, and what to expect.
We'll nail down your location, finalize your outfits, and talk through any logistics.
Need outfit help? I've got a styling guide and a client closet at my Revolution Mill studio — dresses, wraps, and more, free to borrow. Need a hair and makeup recommendation? I know a gal.
Your Session
Your job is simple: show up and be yourselves.
I'll handle the rest — the direction, the energy, the posing that doesn't look like posing. My sessions are designed to feel easy and fun, even with little ones who aren't exactly cooperating. Especially with little ones who aren't cooperating. (That's actually where some of the best photos happen.)
Reveal
This is the part that stops people in their tracks.
About a week after your session, you'll come to my studio at Revolution Mill. I'll make you a coffee. You'll sit down on the couch. And then — for the first time — you'll see your photos.
Not a sneak peek. Not a proof gallery. The real thing, set to music, on a big screen. Most people don't say much at first. That part never gets old for me.
After you've seen everything, we'll choose your favorites together and decide on a collection — an album, wall art, or both.
I'll handle the ordering, the printing, the framing, and the quality check before anything is delivered to you.
Your digital gallery is typically ready within two weeks of your reveal. Albums and wall art usually take four to six weeks to arrive.

Every collection includes a hand-crafted album or photo book — something you can hold, flip through, and hand down. And for most families, the reveal is where they realize they want something on the walls too.
